WEEK 1: DARE TO DREAM

Dreams and goals are powerful things. They bring life and energy to you. The following wonderful people have created art and videos and music meditations for you to help you tap into your desires and maybe even your purpose. 

Day 1:

Each day you receive a special email. Day 1's email is from me! Rebecca Kochenderfer, Founder of Journaling.com. I’ll be starting us off by talking about the benefits of Path vs Goal.

Day 2:

Mary Riposo is a Reiki Master and best-selling author. In her video she takes you through a beautiful, guided meditation that helps you let go of things that are no longer serving you. 

Day 3:

Elisenda Kirchmayr is a transpersonal coach and music therapist in Italy. On Day 3, she leads you through a music and art meditation that helps you connect with your goal and your purpose.

Day 4:

Michelle Twohig is from Natures Emotions. She created a beautiful pdf journal for you called The Emotion Discovery Journal, to help you find clarity. 

Day 5:

April Wyett is a wellness advocate and Founder of Living with Intention. April shares how Self Awareness is key, and offers a worksheet with an exclusive video guide to support achieving your goals and desires in 2024 & beyond!

Day 6:

Randy Taran, from Project Happiness, gives you 6 journaling questions to ask yourself, to help you connect with what you really want and who you really are. 

Day 7:

Elizabeth Sloan is an energy healer and light worker. As a Reiki master and teacher of presence, she will guide you through her 3-step process to help you get clarity and move past emotional pain and into inner peace and calm.

WEEK 2: INSPIRED ACTION

Yes, you want to take action on your goal or project. But even sweeter, is to take “inspired” action. Action that comes from your highest and best self. The following beautiful souls have created videos and experiences for you to help you tap into your inspiration and bring magic to your goal-setting experience.

Day 8:

LJ Bartle created a meditation and worksheet for you to help you take action. She calls it, “Dream, Decide, Do.”

Day 9:

Sandra Tjoa teaches you how to unlock your Qi (energy) for health, wellness and personal growth. In her video she teaches you a simple technique that helps you when you are feeling stuck. 

Day 10:

Karen Hoffman is a work-life coach. She teaches you how to get into action by taking a larger goal and breaking it down into smaller, easy-to-do tasks. 

Day 11:

Lauri Smith created a video session for you to help you “get in the zone” as you work on your project. Through it, she holds space for you and guides you on a journey home to yourself, your SOUL self.

Day 12:

Elisenda Kirchmayr is a transpersonal coach and music therapist in Italy. On Day 12, she leads you through a music and art meditation that helps you connect with your goal and your purpose. 

Day 13:

Coach John Robinson, CEO of Leader Support Circle, will teach you his Shield Success System, a simple 5-step transformative approach that emphasizes small wins for significant changes.

Day 14:

Debbie Happy Cohen is the creator of the Joy Based Living. She has a fun activity for you that will help you make time for both the big and the little goals and dreams in your life.

WEEK 3: OVERCOMING OBSTACLES

It is common, as you work on a goal or project, to occasionally encounter obstacles.  Common obstacles include fear, time, lack of clarity, and life distractions. The following wonderful people have created special videos, meditations, and journaling prompts for you to help you navigate and overcome any obstacles that you may encounter on your beautiful journey. 

Day 15:

Cat Charissage is an artist, author, and soul worker. She shows you how to organize space in your home for large creative projects that you can work on for 20 minutes a day.

Day 16:

Geoff Bell-Devaney helps you work with fear on your journey of transformation. 

Day 17:

April Wyett, from Living with Intention, created a 12-minute conscious breathing recording for you to help you overcome obstacles by restoring yourself back to balance. 

Day 18:

Dominique Fruscella is a life coach for spiritual parents and is a specialist in playfulness & surrender. In her video she talks about a practical approach to surrender and how this can help your consciousness as you work towards your goal.

Day 19:

Katherine Krake is a “channeler” in Denmark. She has created a sound healing listening experience for you that you can use any time to help you avoid and overcome obstacles. 

Day 20:

Sometimes you discover, your greatest obstacle… is you! Karen Hamilton shows you how to use mindfulness, and being present, to find creative ways around the bumps in the road that can take you off your path.

Day 21:

It’s time to celebrate! Our last day together contains all of our best wishes as you continue to touch your beautiful path, one day at a time, tapping into The Power of Small.
